“You cannot have a positive life and a negative mind.” -Joyce Meyer

In my youthful years I was angry and didn’t possess the words or space to articulate my experience. Instead, I carried around this energy that weighed on me like an invisible blanket. Intuitively, I knew early on that my thoughts played a role on how I felt so I found solace and relief in writing them down. This introspective practice allowed me to connect to feelings on a deeper level. With the help of some very patient guides sent to my life I was able to find my voice, identify the origins of my pain, and embrace the gravity of how environmental factors impacted my internal state. While navigating my path of self discovery, I developed the tools needed to articulate my feelings with courage and authority, transform my pain into wisdom and discern between my intuition and the negative echoes of the past.

Through my journey of transformation and healing, I have witnessed the power of many holistic forms of healing where the foundation of treatment centers on clearing the energies of traumatic residue that manifest as fear, stagnation, anxiety and the inability to fully connect to others and experience our feelings. So many of us are moving through life carrying the burdens of our past repeating familiar survival patterns. I want to help you make sense of your story and shed those thoughts and patterns that no longer serve you so you can move towards a place of thriving and fulfillment.

At the center of my healing practice are techniques such as mindful breathing, body scans, reiki, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I help my clients become in tune with themselves and their environment in order to learn to successfully navigate the waves of life and parenting.
